Vivo has launched its new budget smartphone, the Vivo Y18i, adding to its existing lineup which includes the Vivo Y18 and Y18e. The Y18i is designed to offer good value without breaking the bank.
Display and Design
The Vivo Y18i features a 6.56-inch HD+ screen, which is perfect for everyday use. It has a 90Hz refresh rate, making the screen smoother when you scroll or play games. The display also has a notch at the top for a 5 MP front camera. Additionally, the screen has a low blue light certification from TUV, which helps reduce eye strain during long usage.
Battery Life
One of the notable features of the Y18i is its large 5000mAh battery. This battery is designed to last up to 21 days on standby, which is impressive for a budget phone. When it’s time to recharge, the 15W fast charging can fill up 46% of the battery in just one hour.
Camera and Build
The phone has a simple design with a plastic back and comes in two colors: Gem Green and Space Black. On the back, it features a dual-camera setup: a 13 MP main camera and a 0.08 MP secondary camera. The build quality is basic but functional, and the phone has an IP54 rating, which means it is resistant to dust and water splashes.
