The Xiaomi Mix Flip is Xiaomi’s first clamshell foldable phone, and it will soon be available around the world. After launching in China in July, the phone is set to make its global debut, as confirmed by Lei Jun, Xiaomi’s founder and CEO.
Global Launch Plans
Lei Jun shared on X (formerly Twitter) that the Mix Flip will launch in global markets in September. While we don’t have an exact date yet, more information will likely come out during the upcoming Xiaomi 14T series event next week. This foldable phone is expected to compete with other popular models like the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Motorola Razr 50 Ultra.
Pricing and Availability
In Europe, the Xiaomi Mix Flip is expected to be priced at about BGN 2,600, which is around Rs. 1,20,800. In China, it starts at CNY 5,999 (approximately Rs. 69,000) for the base model with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. Higher configurations, such as 12GB + 512GB and 16GB + 1TB, are priced at CNY 6,499 (about Rs. 74,800) and CNY 7,299 (around Rs. 84,000), respectively.
